Return policy

Flowers and arrangements:

We understand that the quality of flowers is of great importance. If the flowers received:

Do not match the description on the website.

Are damaged or wilted upon delivery.

Are different from what you ordered.

Important: The bouquet must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and the request for a bouquet replacement must be made on the same day the bouquet was delivered.

Flower subscription:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers within your subscription, we will offer a replacement or refund for this delivery.

Other products (accessories):

If the accessories you purchased do not meet your expectations or are damaged, you can return them within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and unused.

How to file a complaint?

Send us a message to email: info@cherryblossom.com.ua or contact us via messenger on our website.

Please provide your order number, describe the problem and, if possible, attach a photo.

We will review your complaint within 1-2 business days and offer a solution.

Possible solutions:

Exchange of flowers or goods.

Refund (depending on the situation).

Providing a bonus or discount on your next order.
