What is the difference between Standard and Premium flower subscription?
Standard and Premium flower subscriptions differ in the number of flowers in the bouquets, i.e. their size.
Standard subscription: 3-7 flowers in each bouquet.
Premium subscription: 7-12 flowers in each bouquet.
Important: We add very different flowers to each bouquet of both Subscriptions, often much more expensive, so any chosen plan will not only bring joy, but also be profitable
In which cities do you work?
At the moment, our service is available only in Lviv, but very soon we plan to open in Kyiv, so you can leave your contacts and we will notify you about the start of work in your city.

How to order a subscription?
You can order a subscription in two ways:
On our website: choose a subscription, click on the payment button, and pay for the first month. After that, we will reach out to you to talk about the details and begin preparing your first bouquet.
By contacting us: choose your preferred way of contact (contact form, chatbot on the website, phone number, or Instagram direct) and contact us. We will consult with you, answer all your questions, and provide a payment link to cover the first month's payment. After that, we will start preparing your first bouquet.
How you do ship bouquets?
We deliver all bouquets by courier. All deliveries in Lviv are free.
Can I order subscription for someone as a gift?
Yes, of course, you can order a subscription as a gift for any person.
After ordering a subscription, we will ask you to answer a few short questions about the recipient of the bouquets. Moreover, before every delivery, we will clarify the address and recipient for the delivery, so you can change it every time.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time just by contacting us.
How does subscription work?
After making a payment for the first month, we will contact you and send you a short questionnaire containing 5 questions about the recipient of the bouquets, such as allergies or flower preferences. Then, we will agree on a date for the first delivery, and on that day, you will receive the bouquets.
Depending on the regularity of your subscription's deliveries, we will contact you at the beginning of the week of the next delivery to set the date and confirm the address.
All next flower deliveries will be processed the same way.
I'm not ready for subcription but want to try it
You can order a one-time bouquet from Standard or Premium subscriptions. We will walk you through the process, as it will be with a subscription, but without the commitment.

Do you offer personalization?
Yes, we personalize bouquets in accordance with the information in the questionnaire we send you after ordering a subscription. It contains questions about allergies, favorite flowers, and colors.
Moreover, you can also choose how you want to receive a bouquet: by prior discussion (in accordance with the availability of flowers) or by pleasant surprise.
Will I be able to pick my bouquets?

Note: Prior discussion is possible only if flowers are available.
