We strive to make the process of receiving your favorite flowers convenient and enjoyable! Please read our delivery and payment terms.

Delivery

We deliver flowers by courier within the city of Lviv.
If you wish to arrange delivery in the Lviv region, please contact us and we will find the best solution for you.

Important note: Deliveries can be arranged in any day of a week, except for Sundays.

Payment

For flower subscription:

Payment is made online once a month through a secure payment system.
After choosing a subscription, funds will be debited automatically every month.

Important note: You can cancel or pause your flower subscription anytime just by contacting us. 

For a one-time bouquet order:

After placing an order, we confirm it with you and then send you payment details for  making a payment.

Important note: All one-time bouquet orders require a prepayment of 30% of bouquet price.
